Android Phones, Rumors, Samsung
Phablets went from being a niche product to something of a mainstream success in a matter of about two years, thanks to excellent work done by Samsung. Now that other competitors, such as LG, Huawei, and Asus, are looking to capitalize on the success of the phablet market, Samsung is preparing for its next Galaxy Note launch.
According to a report from the Korean Times, Samsung is going to launch a smartphone with a 5.9 inch HD display using Samsung’s AMOLED technology in the second half of this year. While the report does not explicitly mention the Galaxy Note III, I have a hard time imagining Samsung will launch a non-Galaxy Note device with that large of a display.
I imagine rumors for the Galaxy Note 3 will definitely begin to heat up following the launch of the Galaxy S IV, but it’s nice to see rumors start to take shape now. It is safe to assume Samsung will employ an octa-core processor and (hopefully) the latest version of Android in its Galaxy Note III.

Aaaaaaaaaaalllliiii
I’ll gear this review to 2 types of people: current Zune owners who are considering an upgrade, and people trying to decide between a Zune and an iPod. (There are other players worth considering out there, like the Sony Walkman X, but I hope this gives you enough info to make an informed decision of the Zune vs players other than the iPod line as well.)
