Sometimes we may forget that the Google Nexus 4 is actually a T-Mobile branded smartphone, in which the carrier is authorized to sell it in stores directly to consumers. The reason that fact may have been forgotten is because the carrier has very few devices in stock, similar to the plight of the Play Store. However, a recently leaked internal document of T-Mobile explains how each T-Mobile store will carry the Nexus 4 in January.
Interestingly enough, the document makes specific mention that T-Mobile cannot offer exchanges on the Nexus 4 purchased from the Play Store. And while the document does not provide specific numbers on how many units we can expect in stock, I imagine supply will initially be limited.
