Samsung Galaxy Note Multi Window

Today, we have some good news for owners of the original Samsung Galaxy Note.  It appears Samsung has a late Christmas gift for you folks as the official Samsung website for the Galaxy Note has been updated to reflect a new premium suite.

The new premium suite focuses on Android 4.1 and contains extra features and apps found in the Galaxy Note II and the Galaxy S III.  By rolling out the latest Jelly Bean premium suite for the Galaxy Note, it will bring the original phablet up to speed with the GS3 and GNote 2.

One of the notable features of the premium suite update is multi-window to increase multitasking capabilities.  Secondly, the update will bring is popup note, video, and browser, easy clip, Paper Artist, S Planner, and camera enhancements.  All of the great features found in Android 4.1 Jelly Bean such as Project Butter and Google Now will be available as well.

It is great to see Samsung work hard on its older models to work with the latest version of Android.  Unfortunately, we do not have an ETA on when the premium suite update will drop for the Galaxy Note, but stay tuned as I’m sure Samsung will provide an official date soon.
