Earlier this month, we knew that LG and T-Mobile had teamed up to create the LG Optimus L9. What we did not know is the launch date and pricing information. Thanks to another announcement made earlier today, we now know that the LG Optimus L9 will launch on October 31 for $79.99 on a classic plan contract. For those interested in the value plan, it will only cost $50 on contract. Both of these prices come after a $50 MIR.
In terms of specs and features, the L9 offers a 4.5 inch Gorilla Glass 2 display, Android 4.0, dual-core 1GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear facing camera, 2150mAh battery, and it measures in at 0.36 inch thickness. On the features side of the device, it offers QuickMemo and several camera enhancements to make taking pictures easier.
If you are interested in the mid-range, but capable Optimus L9, be sure to visit your local T-Mobile retailer (or its website) on October 31st.
