According to the place card Verizon uses to display a device’s name, cost, and attractive features, the Optimus Vu will launch on Big Red as the LG Intuition.

The leaked place card was picked up by Droid-Life and seemingly confirms the Optimus Vu’s existence on Verizon.  What’s more is the fact that the LG Intuition will launch for $199 on a two year contract, making it a fairly priced 4G LTE phablet when it launches.  Unfortunately, we still do not know when the rebranded Optimus Vu will launch on Verizon in America, but based on LG’s press release earlier this week, it should launch sometime in September.

The features listed on the place card do not really reveal any critical information such as processor type or Android OS, but it will likely feature a dual-core 1.5GHz processor and Android 4.0.  Other known specs include a 5 inch 4:3 aspect ratio display, 8MP rear facing camera, and a 1.3MP front facing camera.

At the very least, thankfully LG and Verizon didn’t name it the LG Optimus Intuition 4G LTE.  Who’s interested in the 5 inch LG Intuition on Big Red?  Expect an official announcement from Verizon in the coming weeks.
