As we fully expected, Samsung officially unveiled the American Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet with S-Pen support.  The Android 4.0 tablet is billed as a game changer and one that fosters your creativity with its unique integration of the stylus.  In terms of availability and pricing, we finally have the full scoop.

Starting tomorrow (August 16), the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 WiFi model will be available for purchase for $499 for the 16GB model.  If you prefer the 32GB model, then you will be shelling out $549.  At this time, there is no word on whether Samsung will launch an LTE model of the Galaxy Note 10.1 device.

Let’s take a look at the specs, which are largely the same which we first reported on.  As the name implies, it boasts a 10.1 inch display with a 1280 x 800 resolution, Android 4.0, TouchWiz, 2GB of RAM, quad-core 1.4GHz Exynos processor, 7,000 mAh battery, microSD memory expansion, 5MP rear facing camera, and a 1.9MP front facing camera.

I imagine an update for Android 4.1 is forthcoming, but a time table has not been provided.  If you are interested in the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, then I recommend visiting your local electronics retailer tomorrow and see if it’s worth your money.
