By now, most people already knew that T-Mobile is going to launch the Samsung Galaxy Note sometime in the near future. Fortunately, T-Mobile took to Twitter and finally confirmed that it would, indeed, launch the Galaxy Note. The tweet occurred in response to a user inquiring about the device.
Unfortunately, T-Mobile will not reveal any additional details at this time such as its launch date or price point. We imagine T-Mobile will announce the other pertinent information within another couple of weeks, but I have a feeling T-Mobile could butcher its launch.
There are already rumors of the Samsung Galaxy Note II and if Samsung launches the successor before T-Mobile launches the original, I can’t imagine very many people would purchase it. Perhaps T-Mobile is going to only launch the second generation Galaxy Note, but we won’t know for sure until T-Mobile offers up more information.
T-Mobile is rumored to be planning the official announcement of the Galaxy Note II at the upcoming IFA trade show in Europe, so maybe we might get official word then. For now, we’re not getting much in terms of details on what to expect from T-Mobile.
