The HTC DROID Incredible 4G LTE was originally announced back on May 7, 2012 and today is June 25, and are still without the latest HTC smartphone on Verizon.

It’s hard to figure out any official delay without hearing word from HTC or Verizon, but according to a recent leak from Verizon’s internal system, the DROID Incredible 4G LTE may launch sooner than you think.  The target date is July 5 for the 4G LTE device and the price is apparently $199.  However, a previously leaked MAP pointed to a $149 price tag for the Incredible 4G LTE, so we believe a $50 MIR will be offered with purchase of the smartphone.

If the rumored date of July 5 turns out to be true, I imagine we will hear official word from Verizon in about a week confirming the date and its launch price.

Here is a quick recap of the specs for anyone who may have forgotten: 4 inch LCD display, 8MP rear facing camera, 1.2GHz dual-core processor, 1GB of RAM, Android 4.0, Sense 4, 4G LTE, and a front facing camera.
