FM radio used to be one of the coolest features you could get on a mobile phone a few years back and was also the number one way of listening to the newest and hippest music back in my day. Times have changed, technology has rapidly advanced and most of you have forgotten about what it’s like to listen to the radio.
However, there’s a new free Android app available starting today and it promises to make FM radio cool again by making it more interactive than ever. The app is called Jelli and has been available for iPhone and Facebook before being finally unleashed onto Google Play.
How does the app work? Well, as a matter of fact, there’s several ways to have fun with Jelli, which is not something that I say very often when talking about a free app. In short, you can control the radio like never before by voting on what song to play next, you can easily give your opinion on any song playing by tapping on ‘’Rocks’’ or ‘’Sucks’’ on your screen and you can listen to all kinds of genre radio stations for as long as you like.
The social aspect of the app is also very important, as you might expect, and you can easily make friends all across the United States based on your musical preferences.
The Android Jelli app has a full five-star average on Google Play at this time (only 43 reviews though) and, to end this post in a fun note, I would like to quote one of the first Android user reviews. ‘’ This app is serious business… This is the future of radio! I lost my job due to poor performance because of being on it all day, and my wife and kids left me, but you know what? It was worth it!’’ says pao leaving me wordless and breathless.
How about it, are you going to risk your job and your family’s happiness by hitting the source of this post and then clicking install? Do you have what it takes to do it?
