The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 has been on my desk and in my hands for two months now, and I’ve enjoyed most of my time with it. Of course, you already knew that if you read my Tab review; and you probably know that I’m not a fan of the plastic back that feels so cheap, or the smudge-prone screen.
BodyGuardz can help address the concerns of people who grow tired of the cheap plasticky feel that Tab 10.1 users sometimes nitpick about. With the BodyGuardz Armor Carbon Fiber protective skin, your device gets a better feel and added protection from scratches at the same time.
While very thin, the Armor Carbon Fiber skin is able to keep the tablet from harm thanks to a carbon fiber sheet that bonds tightly together and protects the device from scratches. The woven material also looks good because it sticks out as something that is uncommon – especially if you order the more flashy red skin rather than the standard white or black color.
Each BodyGuardz set comes with back and side carbon-fiber skins, an anti-glare screen protector, and a micro-fiber cleaning cloth to prepare the device for application and occasional wiping. I would have liked it better if users could also apply the skin to cover the front borders, but that really only applies if you opt for the red skin. Application requires a tiny bit of patience and focus if you’re clumsy as I am, but it’s fairly straight-forward.

The fact that it's smudge-prone is a thumbs up for me. Most of the problems I've had with my gadgets is that they all have hand marks which makes my gadget look ugly.
