The HTC EVO Shift has popped up in 3D renders and other leaks, but we haven’t gotten any solid leads on the device. Until now.
AndroidCentral received a photo from an upcoming Radio Shack advertisement that shows the Shift device will be $149 on a two-year agreement. The EVO Shift is said to be released January 9, which means it will be a short period between official announcement and retail availibility.
The Shift is an EVO with a physical keyboard. The Shift features a slide-out landscape QWERTY keyboard, 3.6-inch display, and supports Sprint’s 4G WiMax network where available. Based on previous leaks, it’s likely to have video calling with a front-facing camera, Android 2.2, and a fast processor.
Expect to see and hear more next month at CES.
