Motorola has reportedly taken to print with this latest Droid X advertisement. Of course, at first glance the ad appears to be giving the items you would expect such as a picture of the phone, some bullet points for features, the name and of course, the release date. That said, if you read the finer-print at the bottom you will see that fun they are having at the expense of Apple. More specifically, the iPhone 4 and its reception issues.

After all, the Droid X has a “double antenna design.” And furthermore, its “the kind that allows you to hold the phone any way you like and use it just about anywhere to make crystal clear calls.”

Well played Motorola, well played.

Then again with other features such as 8 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash, 3G Mobile Hotspot, HDMI out, 1GHz processor, 8GB of internal storage and 16GB microSD card included its hard to argue that this is not a hot handset.
