Radio Shack says its T-Mobile phones are free, no family plan required

T-Mobile
T-mobile phones are free at corporate sotres this week, but they require signing up for a contract. Radio Shack is also giving away free T-Mobile phones this weekend, except there’s no family plan required.
Radio Shack will join T-Mobile stores in a sale to begin Saturday, June 19, 2010. Customers signing up for new two-year agreements will be able to purchase any subsidized phone (like the myTouch Slide and GARMINfone). However, this sale will only take place at Shack stores where T-Mobile service is available.
Also worth noting is that there will be no charge for activation. Anyone signing up will get a $35 account credit, which essentially removes the activation fee, and all rebates will be instant.
Sadly, this comes before the release of the Galaxy S and the Nexus One won’t be included, but anyone who has had their eyes on a myTouch Slide can head over to The Shack this Saturday.
