Google was kind enough to give out an HTC EVO 4G to all of the attendees during last weeks Google I/O conference and it seems as if several of those lucky individuals took the time since to get down and dirty. Yup, they have already rooted the phone, and it comes almost two weeks before the general public will even get their hands on the phone.
As of now the details as to how and what they did were not released. You know just in case HTC or Sprint would decide they wanted to try and patch things up before the official release.
