myTouch Slide bits: FCC appearance & some more specs revealed

It looks like the myTouch Slide has just made the required FCC appearance. Unfortunately, not much else, aside from the image and diagram have been given up though. One thing it did do was reconfirm that is is a T-Mobile phone, which came to the WCDMA Band IV support. In other words, T-Mobile 3G. That said, we are still hopeful of seeing a release sooner-than-later.

Otherwise it looks like some specs have been leaked out by other methods and suggest that we can expect to see a 320 x 480 display, ARM11 processor, optical trackpad with a push button, microSD card slot, camera with an LED flash, 3.5mm headphone jack and a 1300mAh battery. Additionally, it is also being rumored that the myTouch Slide could be launching on May 17 and come available in a variety of colors including Black, Red and White.
