I have been using this app since it was in Beta – and one of the best things about it is the developer is VERY responsive and always listening for feedback – and implements them (ridiculously) quickly.
It's not perfect, but so far, it's the best implementation for GTD on Android – and it will only get better even faster than others because of the responsiveness of the developer.
I do think that Shuffle comes in 2nd, but I *needed* something that synced with ToodleDo – Shuffle only syncs with Tracks. ToodleDo was the only online GTD service that allowed me to import my 700-item list as I moved from the Palm (Treo) to Android.

Both barcodes seem to be linking to the paid version. But I found it with quick search on the market. I'm eager to try it out.
