Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 coming to Orange UK in April
March 19, 2010 | by Andrew Kameka

Orange UK has secured the rights to sell the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 in the United Kingdom. Orange today announced that it would begin selling the XPERIA X10 in April for free, but only for select calling and data contracts. Orange’s announcement claims they have an exclusive, but Vodafone has also said it would carry the device.
The XPERIA X10 is Sony’s first Android-powered phone and includes the company’s exclusive User Experience (UX) interface. The phone includes a number of customizations, and communication and media content aggregators known as Timescape and Mediascape. The XPERIA X10 sports a 4-inch WVGA touchscreen, 1 GHz Snapdragon processor, 1 GB of internal memory, and an 8.1 megapixel, auto-focus camera.
The X10 comes in black or white and will be available in all Orange retail locations. Users will also be able to purchase an X10 at Orange.co.uk/shop or Phones4U.

Orange has exclusive on the white model (and well as stocking black), while Vodafone is only getting black.
This is FLIPPING EXCELLENT! I specifically wanted the white X10! I've been with Orange for 9 years and wanted to stay with them but I would have left if they couldn't provide the white model as I want it so much. I'm loving it!!!
I don’t normally post to blogs but I enjoyed this post so keep up the good work. -cheers-
what date is the Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 coming to Orange??????????????????
I was told by a rep to check with them from 2nd/3rd of April. Realistically though as that is our easter holiday it will be more likely to hit the shelves the week commencing the 5th of April.
