Opera Mini 5 beta now available in the Android Market
March 11, 2010 | by Robert Nelson

It may not be the version of Opera (Opera Mobile) that everyone has been waiting for, however recently added to the Android Market was Opera Mini 5 beta. And it is expected to work on all Android devices, even those running OS 1.5. But more importantly are the features which include;
- Tabbed Browsing: Browse several Web sites at the same time, while easily jumping from one to another.
- Speed Dial: Get to your favorite Web page with just one click, with a set of visual bookmarks when you open a new tab.
- Opera Link: Synchronize your bookmarks and Speed Dial between your mobile phone and desktop computer.
- Download Manager: Manage downloads right from the browser. Pause and resume downloads to suit your needs.
Other features also include page zoom, a password manager, a mobile view and landscape mode.
The Opera Mini 5 beta can be found in the Market by searching for Opera, or by visiting m.opera.com/next from your mobile browser.

This is very nice thing to hear. Opera is one of the best browsers I love for mobile phones. I would definitely try this one later.

This is great that Opera mini comes for Android.., apart from the fact that the address bar is always showing, but I like it.
