T-Mobile not accepting any returns on the limited edition myTouch Fender?

According to a posting over on TmoNews, T-Mobile will not accept any returns on the recently released limited edition myTouch Fender.

In other words, anyone considering a purchase may want to think twice and be certain. The news comes by way of a snapped screenshot from T-Mobile and states that;

  • The myTouch 3G LE is not eligible for returns during the buyer’s remorse period and cannot be refunded.
  • The warranty exchange benefit allows for in-store exchanges for warranty issues (depending on stock availability) of free express shipping if stores are out of stock for the first 12 months from activation.

Thankfully the handset is at least covered under warranty. And from what I understand, this rule applies to all of the limited edition phones that T-Mobile has sold and will sell in the future. Still, its something that most people would not have thought of. I know I generally think that I at least have the buyers remorse period.
