I noticed the screen unlock "improvement" right away. I also think the phone is using the battery more slowly, but that could be my imagination. I could never make it through a whole day of work before (phone just on standby, playing with apps over lunch). Now I have battery to spare at the end of the day. Haven't had a chance to confirm the other changes, two of which only affected new phones, but I can't tell you how many calls I hung up accidentally with the red button. Now, if only they can make a voice dial feature that understands my voice and is fully voice controlled like my old Razr (no touching beyond pressing the green button). That would be something.
