As we recently learned, Twidroid version 3.0 was in the final stages of being added into the Market. Now, in a little bit of good news for Twidroid fans – version 3.0 is available.
With that there really was not any surprise feature wise in the new version. But just to highlight a few of the goodies that were added.
- Threaded conversations
- In-app image previews for TwtiPic, yFrog, TwitGoo, Phodroid, Posterous and Twitter profile images
- In-app link previews
- Auto-complete usernames for timeline and replies
- Jump to top in timeline
- Remember timeline position setting
Additionally, for those Hero users, the issue with image uploading has been corrected.
Finally, and as it had been in the past, Twidroid both in the paid and free version is available in the Market.

I love this app. It was the first thing I installed on my G1 a year ago, and I've been using it ever since. These new features are great!
