Verizon to Droid users: Prepare to pay $15-a-month for Exchange support

I am not sure this comes as a surprise or not, but it was the cause of some confusion. We had at least one question in the comments of a previous post. Simply put, customers or possibly potential customers were wondering if Verizon was planning to charge anything extra for the Exchange support.

Well, for good or bad, the answer to that question seems to be a YES.

And not to poke fun at Verizon and their iDont commercials, but this seems to be another case of iDont, except this time it is not in the favor of Verizon.

Basically, Droid users will have to subscribe to the required data plan and also pay an additional $15 a month if they want to use Exchange. Which for those keeping track would be a total of $45 a month.
