Dude it's only $25 per YEAR. How cheap are you. If you are not getting that much total value from RTM then stop using it.

I had a good laugh when RTM decided to start charging $25 per year for the mere privilege of synchronization (which Astrid does for free). Chutzpah!

$25 a year to support a great company and great people is not a lot. RTM is extremely powerful, fully enabling you to utilize as much or as little of the "Getting Things Done" philosophy as you wish. I am happy to pay for apps I love, especially when they are produced by small companies like RTM! If you want innovation, you have to back the little people!

I would have to say this is a pretty slick app and well worth the $25. I came over from a blackberry, and was using ToDoMatrix by RexWireless and IdeaMatrix, both which cost $60. Granted, RTM doesn't have quite the same functionality, but it's the only application that comes close. I'd gladly pay $25 to enter and edit my tasks and plan my day online versus on the phone.

RTM is a great service, but their PRO accounts are entirely too expensive just to get the right and ability to use their little official application. I do use RTM, but even the free service is way more than I can ever use. I have absolutely no reason to upgrade. So, in essence, just to get that application, I would be paying $25 for the PRO account for the sole reason of getting that programs … thus making that app $25. Worth it? Hardly. Thanks but no thanks.
