My suggestions are the following

Forget ques for phone..Droid and Android are set to conquer and beat anybody out there.. But the following needs to be done

1. Google should not release a phone but stick to Android development and management.

2. Google should prevent fragmentation of Android and also shold have a app store that runs on all google phones and make there money here

3. All other Android phone makers should share say $1 per phone with Google for Android development. Nothing comes free right?

4. Google should initiate apps development with all Android developers like competition etc to get the appstore cover more than 200,000 and even more soon

Guys google is an awesome company. Did you know google employees are encouraged to take 20% of a work day to work on projects that interest them? this founded amazing services such as Gmail, and Google Earth.
The company believes that all information be available and be accessible at any time any where.
If you dont beleive me, then do a little research and see for yourself.
