Android and Verizon take aim at the iPhone in new “Droid Does” promotion
October 18, 2009 | by Andrew Kameka

Verizon has started promoting the Motorola Sholes under its official “Droid” title. To get the hype machine churning, the carrier has launched a website called DroidDoes.com, highlighting some of the stuff that the iPhone doesn’t: iDon’t have a real keyboard, iDon’t run simultaneous apps, iDon’t take night shots, iDon’t customize, etc…but Droid Does.
We’ve already seen Verizon go after AT&T in its “There’s A Map For That” commercials comparing network coverage, and now Verizon is putting down the iPhone, its chief rival’s flagship device. The Droid will run Android 2.0, have one of the fastest processors available in a mobile phone, and come on the nation’s fastest carrier; want much?
Droid looks like a knockout, but don’t call it a smartphone…it’s better than its peers! Check out this message that appears when you sign-up for updates:

Amazing so good to see Android with an awesome marketing scheme behind it, makes it look different from the iphone, more badass and not childish and gay.
You should create much more! This kind of article was so comprehensive and highly accurate. I genuinely enjoyed reading through this post. Thanks!
