If the white and bright neon green color scheme of the Samsung Galaxy Lite wasn’t doing anything for you, maybe you’ll like one of the other color combinations recently spotted. But before you get too excited about seeing the Galaxy Lite in a more digestible white or black, be aware that the device may get pushed back.
The Galaxy Lite was supposed to come out next month but is rumored to be delayed according to Dial a phone. They don’t cite any sources, announcements, or anything else that can be readily accepted as credible, so take that with a grain of salt. In the meantime, get a load of the new colors and Android logo stamped on the back of the Galaxy Lite. This is the first time I’ve seen a phone branded with an Android logo rather than a carrier or the “with Google” tag.
For a refresher on what kind of specs the Galaxy is slated to have:
- WQVGA touchscreen
- Android 1.5 OS (Cupcake)
- HSDPA, GPS, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0
- 3.2 megapixel camera
- 200MB internal memory and microSD expansion support up to 32GB
- 3.5mm audio jack
* Dial a Phone states the phone will have Samsung’s TouchWiz UI but that cannot be confirmed at the moment
