Assuming you were, like myself, not able to attend the Mobilize conference and see the newly announced Motorola Cliq in person then you are relying on hands on videos from others.

Granted there are more than a few popping up now, but here is a nice video that was shot by the jkOnTheRun crew.

Personally, from what I have seen so far regarding MotoBlur, the home screen display with all the widgets seems very busy. That said, after seeing it in action it does have a nice appeal in terms of ease of access.
