Never understood why it is called Tattoo Phone… however, at the end of story, would you suggest it or not?

This will also affect devices with higher resolutions such as the Archos media player. The Android SDK has included information on designing layouts for different screen resolutions since at least version 1. Developers only ignored them because devices had only been released with one resolution but this was always going to become a problem.

Is it possible to have the HTC changed the android frameworks to have a virtual screen size to solve those issue?

Sprint's not involved with this at the moment. The Tattoo is being released on unspecified carriers in Europe.
