Android on a MID (mobile Internet device) is seemingly slightly more appealing than Android on a netbook and according to this latest rumor it seems that French carrier SFR may be planning to take advantage of that.
According to the details, which should be classified as light to non-existent, SFR is planning to begin offering the M! PC Pocket which offers a 4.3-inch resistive touchscreen display, an 800MHz Intel Atom Z500 processor, 512MB of RAM, a 4GB SSD and a slide-out QWERTY keyboard.
As of now, the carrier has not made this announcement official, which means that pricing and any release date are still a mystery. Of course that is not stopping the device from showing up on video, unfortunately the video is just short 12 seconds (which you can check out below) and offers just a quick glimpse of the SFR and Android branded boot screen.

They sell this tablet with Midinux but sent some tablets with Android to some Android bloggers in order to beta test the idea.
