ShopSavvy missing from Android Market for some

For some reason or another, there are cases in which certain apps don’t appear in the Android Market for some users. The latest app to suffer this problem is ShopSavvy. According to the app creator’s website, Android users are reporting being unable to to see ShopSavvy listed in the Android Market.
I have reported similar problems in the past and still have yet to get a clear answer on what is causing apps to occasionally go missing. These complaints have been brought up enough to go beyond isolated incidents, so it’s in everyone’s best interest to find out what is going on.
Here’s how ShopSavvy requests everyone help:
How can you help? Please visit the market right now. Look under All Applications and sort by popularity. Take a picture of that screen (screen grab or just a plain photo) and email it to support@biggu.com – let us know if ShopSavvy was missing. Your help is much appreciated. If we can replicate the problem on a large scale a) we will know there is a real problem and b) our friends at Google might be able to figure out what is going on. In the meantime if you don’t have ShopSavvy and can’t find it in the market just Download ShopSavvy Here.
If the app is missing in your Android Market, be sure to report as much information about your phone as you can to create a better understanding of the problem. When did it first disappear? What city are you in? What carrier do you use? What version of Android are you running? And so on.

Probably missing for those who didn't wait for the download and got UK version. That's my guess, as it shows up for me.
Shows up fine for me too.
Shows up for me and I have the UK CRB43 build (but then I am IN the UK).
Is it possible each carrier has their own mirror of the Android Market that they filter? Rogers Wireless in Canada has finally this week started selling the Dream and the Magic. My year long wait was finally over except one of the applications I needed was Remote Android, an RDP client. Everywhere I look to find it all say to get it from the Android Market. There's even comments about it dated this week on various websites but when I search it just doesn't exist. Then I realized this is a paid app and I can't see any paid apps at all. Other apps I can't find through Rogers connection to Android Market are Where, gStrings guitar tuner, and Aldiko ebook reader. Shop Saavy was there though. This makes me think ether each carrier has their own moderated mirror or the market has carrier based flags for each app to allow or disallow it for a particular carriers.
I must say, I possibly could not agree with you in 100%, however , this is merely my personal opinion, which indeed could be incorrect.
