HTC Magic hits Australia with Vodafone

Australia already had the HTC Dream on Optus and recently discovered the joy of paid apps. The Land Down Under can claim the HTC Magic, too.

HTC announced that the Magic would appear on Vodafone in Australia, and the Vodafone.com.au website announces that the white phone exclusive to the carrier is available in stores. The website also notes that those who buy the phone online before June 30, 2009 get 3 months free and access on selected Caps. Click here to visit the site

The Aussie HTC Magic is a “with Google” branded phone, meaning there will be no major build customization or built-in Exchange service.

It’s also important to note, as you may already be aware of, that the merger of Australian operations for Vodafone and 3 Mobile/Hutchinson will not be oppossed.
