Introducing FLOW: The DIY kit that could be your next Android phone
May 21, 2009 | by Robert Nelson

Tired of not finding the perfect Android phone? Tired of waiting for someone to release what you want with Android? Well, why not check out FLOW. It is a DIY phone kit that you can piece together yourself. Overall it seems to be a pretty complete setup with options for just about anything you could want. Just to name a few, you can add Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, solar charges, 3.5G, GPS, touchscreen LCD’s, cameras and much more.
Thankfully you will be able to add Android for no extra cost because depending on the options you choose, this handset will be in the ballpark of, if not more than $500.
Sounds like a cool idea, one that I would love to try, but it is just a little to rich for me. That said, if anyone is feeling brave (and slightly rich) I would love to see some images of your progress.

Hi there, I’ve just come across this site whilst searching on Google as I am looking for some material on LCD TVs!. It’s a very interesting site so I’ve bookmarked this site and I intend to revisit you soon to have a better look when I can give it more time.
I’ve got trouble with your page clearly through the newest release of Opera. It’s fine in IE7 and Firefox however.
Thanks for a great list of ideas. I’ve scribbled down a couple to try out. I particularly like the idea of having upcoming events featured there.
Is this still for sale? I can't find it
