Wal-Mart has recently joined the likes of Amazon and has begun offering the T-Mobile G1 at a nice discounted price. Effective immediately, Wal-Mart customers will be able to grab a G1 for just $98.88, which is about a buck more than Amazon. Of course, in order to get that price you will need to sign on with a 2-year agreement.
As of now, there has not been any mention on how long this price will last. Looks like now is just about as good of time as any to get going with Android, that is unless you are the person who needs the latest and greatest — in that case I would suggest holding off for a little while.

Saw G1s at Walmart weeks ago. Coincidentally, got both phones pictured for my wife and I.
