Android Apps
Palringo instant messenger has been available for sometime now on other mobile platforms such as Windows Mobile and the iPhone, but the good news is that it is now available for Android.
For those unfamiliar with Palringo, it is an instant messaging app that supports services including Google Talk, Facebook, Yahoo! Messenger, MSN, AIM, iChat and QQ. Additionally, within the app, users can share (and see their friends) current locations on a map. Also, unlike the iPhone version, Palringo for Android is able to be run in the background.
Palringo is available as a free download and can be found in the Android Market.

I heard its just a beta release. May be any erors identified will be rectified in next release. But i am very happy with this news. The location sharing feature is superb. Great effort!
