China Mobile branded HTC Magic gets pictured

China Mobile appears to be preparing to work on another Android based handset, we have already seen the Lenovo, and now this latest will be alot more familiar looking to most people. It is a China Mobile branded HTC Magic (HTC G2). As of now the launch of the Magic has not been made official, that is still on track for May, although an exact date has not yet been announced. Also unknown is the pricing, both in terms of the handset and also monthly plans.

Basically, this means that the pictured Magic is still only a pre-production model. Of course based on the images it appears highly customized and ready to go. A few things to note, which will not come as the best of news for any China Mobile customers. This particular Magic will be lacking support for 3G and Wi-Fi.

In the meantime, enjoy some images below…
