T-Mobile 3G coverage makes its way into the Denver area

T-Mobile is continuing on with the expansion of their 3G network, of which the Denver area has become the latest to see the higher speeds. In addition to a Veterans Day celebration, the 3G coverage for Denver Colorado went live on November 11. Now G1 owners, as well as those other slightly less exciting 3G handsets from T-Mobile can begin to fully take advantage of the faster network speeds.

Of course, the one downside is that once you venture out of that 3G coverage area, you will be even less happy when you are back on EDGE. But thankfully you can always return, bottom line, once you get used to 3G you will never want to head back to EDGE. Hopefully we can see a few streaming apps that will be able to take advantage, personally I am hoping for a Slingbox app in the future.

In the meantime, if you are in the Denver area, enjoy the 3G!
