MySpace offers Android mobile app

Social networking on-the-go is becoming more and more popular (and easy) thanks to the availability of smartphones on the market, and the latest to offer up a new mobile client for Android is MySpace.

According to the details for the app, MySpace G1 users will be able to upload photos, view and comment on photos, profiles, and bulletins, send and read messages, search for and add new friends, update and view your mood and status as well as check out band profiles and tour schedules.

Additionally, the app is integrated with the music discovery engine Shazam which will let users find out an artist name and also find their MySpace page.
